This is a project assigned by Focus Nutrition, USA. It’s a boston round shape, and it’s different from most of the China essential oil bottle as China glass bottle industry is using euro round glass bottle most of the time, where the caps are mostly 18-410 or 18-415. However, for boston round 1oz jar, normally the caps are 20-400. It’s totally a different story.
So, we had to develop a boston round jar mould and we produced the bottle, then we sprayed it into matte black colour. We could use a clear bottle to spray it, or we could even use amber colour bottle to spray. In the end, it became a matte black 1oz boston round botle.
Here is the manufacturing process for 1oz jar.
As you can see that we were using a very good material (High White material) for the production, making the bottle looked fairly clear.
The client requested us to pack the 1oz boston round jar in a pack of 24, and the box was in partition. He even sent the carton box over and he wanted us to design exactly the same box, then we instructed our workers to pack every jars and cap nicely together and placed it in to the box. So, finally we got everything done perfectly.
